The SR / SG-10 equipment was custom-made, which, in addition to grain detoxification, had to disinfect large air spaces. Combining the disinfection efficiency expected from ExOzone® with multifunctional usability, the 550kg monster has become a true industrial cannon.

Easy to master the usage
Thanks to the microprocessor control, the equipment is now ready for disinfection with a few keystrokes. The treatment features can be easily modified by the user to suit individual needs.
Additional air drying
The high-capacity air dryer accessory, which also allows the machine to be used outdoors, is capable of feeding dried 10,000 m3 / h airflow.

Long service life
Outstanding quality was a primary consideration in both the use of materials and the selection of parts. With the regular maintenance-cleaning, which is determined by the amount of use and the usage environment, the estimated service life of the equipment is 10 years.
Designed for industrial environments
The primary aspect was the robust construction, as it is used in a diverse industrial environment. The casing is made of stainless steel and has IP64 protection. It can be lifted with a forklift or moved on wheels optimized for large-diameter universal surfaces.

Detoxification of grain
The SR / SG-10 is capable of detoxifying grain in silos, that can be ventilated. Can be used to treat up to 1,000 tons of grain at a time with our self-developed PureGrain process.
Safe to use
Each piece of equipment is touch-proof and short-circuit protected. To ensure that disinfection is accident-free and safe, the equipment includes a safety light that indicates treatment processes.
